Houston symphony performs at The Centrum Welcoming 2012
With the New Year commencing, its time to cherish the sweet memories of 2011! On the eve of 31st December, 2011, Bret Mitchell, Houston symphony, is all set to perform for the fifth consecutive New Year’s Eve at the gala concert held at the Centrum. The concert will be hosted at the Centrum, a beautiful venue located at the Spring, 6823 Cypresswood Drive. The gala concert will commence at 8 p.m. on the 31st December and will be enjoyed until the clock strikes 12 and the year 2012 begins.
The concert is themed based on the celebrating dance. The performances scheduled for the concert also include, performances by Richard Rodgers (The Carousel Waltz taken from the musical “Carousel”), George Gershwin’s (An American Parks) and Brahms (Hungarian Dances). Each of these performances will only make the evening livelier and joyous, thus making the New Year start with a lot of happiness.
